I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, right beside Romer Therms and not far from the main ski resort entrance. The rooms did leave something to be desired, with issues like an overheated steam room and a plastic feel. The service was a bit of a letdown; although some staff were friendly, others were not very helpful. The dining options were limited, particularly at breakfast, which was disappointing. Overall, it has potential but needs improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right in front of the Romer Therms and close to ski lifts. The rooms are modern and comfortable, albeit with a bit of a strange smell. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t great; the staff could have been more helpful and friendly. Dining was okay, but lacked variety in the breakfast options. Overall, it’s a decent choice for its location but don't expect stellar service.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is amazing, just steps away from Romer Therms and the Koenigsburg Fahrbahn, the experience wasn't without its pitfalls. The rooms were a bit overheated and had a slight plastic smell, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the service had its friendly moments, but communication could be challenging. Overall, it’s a good option for the price, but some improvements are definitely needed.
